Owner's Representation
With 50+ years of architectural expertise, I am your dedicated Owner's Representative. Guiding you from style refinement and budget alignment to architect selection and cohesive execution. I align project style and budget with your vision, collaborate with sub-consultants for enhanced design, and oversee code reviews and production drawings. Collaboration with building departments streamlines permitting. My strength lies in architect selection, evaluating, interviewing, and selecting candidates for pricing proposals. Crafting comprehensive contract agreements, I work with you and legal counsel for a strong project foundation. As construction starts, my role intensifies with site visits and meetings ensuring steady progress. From start to finish, I'm your reliable Owner's Representative, devoted to realizing your vision.
Expert Witness
When a project is in an architectural design or pre-construction phase, in the field construction phase, or has other general issues clients usually require the opinions or guidance of an experienced architect or building construction professional. I am qualified and experienced in both disciplines. This professional then becomes a part of the client's team, offering input as to how to react, what notices to file, what letters to write as well as other factors, in order to protect the client’s interest. Although the expert witness usually works with a client’s attorney, it is possible to use the opinions of experts and advice by direct hire. Experts usually work on an hourly basis to afford flexibility for their commissions. If the matter proceeds to a law suit their opinions can be used for deposition testimony history and the witness can represent the client in court proceedings. The fee structure changes for each different function as a rule.
